NBA 2K9 Teaser Video
For those who follow the show, you know that I had a chance to play NBA Live 09 at E3 2008. Although 2K Sports’ NBA 2K series is by far the best basketball game out today, I have to say EA Sports is stepping their game up with Live. Dynamic DNA, NBA Live 365 and improved graphics are just a few of the added features of the game. The only question is whether these improvements will result in a more “sim” experience, which is something that many hardcore ballers, including myself, have complained about.
2K Sports has been quiet about their latest basketball game, NBA 2K9, until now. Here’s the first trailer of the game. First thing I noticed…improved lighting effects and more detailed player models. I also noticed a new collision animation between Pierce and Gasol..pretty sweet. Can’t wait to hear about the game’s features. 2K9 vs. Live? Although not much has been said about 2K9, history tells me to put my money on KG and 2K9.
