Halo 3 1st Day Sales Reach 170M

Microsoft announced first day sales for Halo 3 totaled an estimated 170 million in the United States. In comparison, Halo 2 brought in a meager 125 million. These figures aren’t official yet, but if the numbers eventually ring true, Halo 3 will be considered the biggest entertainment launch in US history. Damn, that’s insane…but not surprising.
